Wipe-on print & apply in one step: the ILX V prints, a WMX applicator wipes the label onto the passing product — no compressed air.
WMX wipe-on applicators mount on the ILX V and apply the printed label to a moving product with a pressure roller or brush. Three types — spring-mounted, adjustable and adjustable 90° — in sizes for every ILX V width, right- or left-hand.
A WMX wipe-on applicator turns the ILX V print engine into a print & apply system that needs no compressed air. The printed label is peeled from the backing paper at the dispensing edge and wiped onto the passing product by a pressure roller or a pressure brush, in a single step.
Three types suit different installations. The spring-mounted WMX (5001E–5501E) sits directly on the print module. The adjustable WMX (5010E–5510E) lets the dispensing edge be set independently in height and angle, so the print module can be fixed at a free position in the machine. The adjustable 90° WMX (5015E–5515E) adds height adjustment at 90° to the print direction.
Each type comes for the 5X, 8X and 10X widths of the ILX V, in right- and left-hand versions — 18 models in all. With the optional encoder, print speed and timing follow the line automatically.
