Automatic wrap-around labeller for soft tubes, 40–60 pieces per minute.
A star-wheel turntable and roller conveyor keep an empty soft tube rolling steadily while an air-blow station helps the label wrap cleanly around it. Built for toothpaste-style tubes rather than rigid containers.
Empty soft tubes — the kind used for toothpaste, cosmetic creams or ointments — are awkward to label because they have no rigid body to hold steady. The LS-709 solves this with a star-wheel turntable and roller conveyor that keep the tube rolling at a constant rate, plus an air-blow station that helps the label seat cleanly around the curved surface.
Tube and label dimensions are matched to the customer's own sample rather than a fixed range. A touchscreen panel handles the labelling settings, and a collecting tray receives finished tubes at the outfeed.
