A hexagonal honey jar is one of the hardest containers to label, because every facet changes the angle. Top clamping with base rotation lets the label follow the facets without creasing at the edges.
A hexagonal honey jar is one of the hardest containers to label: every facet changes the angle, and an ordinary labeller leaves creases at the edges. The LS-706 holds the jar from above and rotates it from the base, so the label follows the facets cleanly.
The same machine handles wrap-around, single-side and double-side application. PLC control with adjustable sensor sensitivity suits transparent and low-contrast labels, and a product collector at the outfeed keeps finished jars off the floor.
