Dual-station labeller for tapered bottles — top and body labels applied together, 25–30 per minute.
Applies a top label and a body label to tapered bottles in a single pass, on a chain conveyor with two independent labelling stations. Handles container diameters from Ø25 to Ø100 mm.
The LS-707 is built for tapered bottles that need two labels applied in one pass — a top label on the cap or shoulder, and a body label around the main form. Two independent labelling stations on a shared chain conveyor apply both without a second pass through the line.
An electric-eye sensor detects each container and triggers labelling, and the touchscreen panel handles all settings. It covers diameters from 25 to 100 mm and label sizes up to 285 × 150 mm.
