Corner-wrap labeller for tamper-evident box sealing, 30–60 boxes per minute.
Wraps a self-adhesive label around one corner of a box to seal it against tampering, for boxes from 20×20×10 mm up to 300×300×100 mm (H×W×D). Runs 30–60 boxes per minute with ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-714 labels a box corner and flat surface together in one pass, sealing the lid against the body so the box can't be opened without visibly breaking the label — the standard tamper-evident approach for retail boxes such as electronics packaging and poker/card boxes. An inline print module can be added to add batch numbers, dates or expiry information as the label is applied.
Box size ranges from 20×20×10 mm up to 300×300×100 mm (height × width × depth), with labels from 6×15 mm up to 150×120 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 300 mm. Output is 30–60 boxes per minute.
