Four-side wrap-around labeller for takeaway food boxes, tamper-evident.
Wraps a tamper-evident label across all four sides of a disposable food box or takeaway container — left, top, right and bottom — using a clamping conveyor and photoelectric detection. Labels 20–200 mm long, 20–150 mm wide, 15–35 pieces per minute.
The LS-718 is built for disposable food packaging — plastic meal boxes and takeaway containers — where a wrap-around label across all four sides doubles as a tamper-evident seal on lids that don't otherwise lock. A clamping conveyor holds the box steady and a photoelectric sensor triggers each cycle, with the touchscreen panel supporting multiple languages for shared operator lines.
Label length runs 20–200 mm, width (backing paper) 20–150 mm, at ±2 mm accuracy. Output is 15–35 pieces per minute depending on box and label size, and a collecting tray catches finished boxes at the output end.
