High-speed corner labeller, 40–100 pieces per minute, pneumatic-assisted brush head.
Applies tamper-evident corner labels across adjacent box surfaces at up to 100 pieces per minute, using a pneumatic-assisted brush head for bubble-free adhesion. Requires 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air.
The LS-722 is the high-speed member of the corner-labelling range, built for electronics, cosmetics, pharma and food packaging lines that need more throughput than a purely mechanical brush head can give. A pneumatic assist presses the brush across the corner fold to keep adhesion bubble-free even at speed.
Labels run 15×15 mm up to 250×150 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 350 mm. Output is 40–100 pieces per minute at ±1 mm accuracy, and the machine needs 0.4–0.6 MPa of shop air.
