Wraps a label around cylindrical cosmetic, beverage or pharma bottles Ø30–100 mm, 30–130 mm tall, using PLC control and a precision stepper motor for synchronised placement. Runs up to 3600 bottles per hour.
The LS-728 is a desktop-format rotary wrap-around labeller for cylindrical bottles, built around a PLC and a precision stepper motor rather than a simple friction roller, for consistent placement job after job. A label wheel guidance system and side guardrails on the conveyor reduce pulling, skipping and label damage.
It covers bottles Ø30–100 mm, 30–130 mm tall, with labels up to 130 mm high. Output is up to 3600 bottles per hour (roughly 30–60 per minute) at 800 W.
