Side, top and bottom labeller with built-in bottle unscrambler, up to 60 bottles per minute.
Labels the side, top and bottom of a round bottle in one line pass, feeding from an integrated unscrambler and turning each bottle over automatically for the bottom label. Labels 10–210 mm wide, 15–70 mm tall, up to 60 bottles per minute.
The LS-733 combines three labelling jobs into one line pass: an integrated bottle unscrambler feeds and orients round bottles, the side label wraps on as usual, and an automatic turnover mechanism flips each bottle to apply the bottom label before it continues down the line. That saves a separate unscrambling step and a separate bottom-labelling station.
Labels run 10–210 mm wide, 15–70 mm tall, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 300 mm. Output is up to 60 bottles per minute at 2.5 kW, and the turnover mechanism needs 0.4–0.6 MPa of shop air.
