Compact print-and-apply module, prints and applies a label in a single step, in real time.
Prints and applies a label in a single step, in real time, directly onto packaging or product. Mounts in any position, including side and overhead, and pairs with a pneumatic (APX V) or wipe-on (WMX) applicator depending on how the label has to reach the product.
Request a quoteThe ILX V prints and applies a label in a single step, in real time, directly onto packaging or product. The module is built in aluminium and stainless steel, mounts in any position including side and overhead, and reaches print speeds up to 400 mm/s in thermal direct or 350 mm/s in thermal transfer.
Two applicator families pair with the ILX V print module depending on how the label needs to reach the product: the APX V pneumatic applicator (stamp on, blow on or roll on transfer, labelling from top, bottom or side) for products that need the label placed with a vacuum pad, or the WMX wipe-on applicator range (no compressed air required) for products where the label can be wiped on with a pressure roller or brush. Nine print-width/resolution configurations cover 54 mm to 108.4 mm print width at 200-600 dpi.
A CE-compliant pneumatic applicator interface, integrated ribbon rewinder and SD card slot come standard. External unwinders up to 330 mm diameter extend running time between roll changes.
