Service and support across the Balkans
A coding printer that stops takes the line down with it. MELARKO installs the equipment it sells, keeps parts for it on the shelf and sends an engineer when something goes wrong — in Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia, Turkey and the wider Balkan region.
What we do
Installation and commissioning
We set the machine on the line, connect it to your conveyor and encoder, build the first message layouts and run it with your product before we leave.
Maintenance and repair
Scheduled maintenance that replaces wear parts before they fail, and on-site repair when they do. The engineer carries the common spares rather than ordering them afterwards.
Operator training
On-site or remote. Message editing, format changeover, daily cleaning and the faults an operator can clear without calling anyone.
Remote support
Phone and remote assistance in English, Bulgarian and Greek — often enough to get a line running again the same hour.
Replacement machines
We can supply a replacement unit while yours is being repaired, so production does not wait on a part.
Service contracts
A contract puts your machines on a maintenance schedule, reserves parts for them and gives your calls priority. Tell us what equipment you run and how critical the line is, and we will put together terms that fit.
Machines we did not sell you
We service and supply parts for most installed coding and labelling equipment, whoever supplied it. If you have a printer nobody is looking after any more, tell us the make and model and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping running.
Tell us what stopped
Send us the make, the model and what the machine is doing — or not doing. We will tell you whether it is a remote fix, a part in the post or a visit.
