FlexiMate eSwing
Swing arm programmable from 0° to 180°, for front and adjacent-side labelling.
A print-and-apply system with an electrically driven swing arm. The arm can be programmed to any angle between 0° and 180°, which lets it reach the front face of a moving product as well as its side or top.
Request a quoteWhere a linear tamp comes down onto a product, the eSwing rotates. That difference matters when the label has to land on the front face of a case travelling along a conveyor — a position a vertical applicator cannot reach.
The swing angle is programmable across the full 0° to 180° range, so the same machine covers front, side and top application without mechanical changeover.
It can also print and apply two labels in real time on two adjacent sides of the same product, which removes the need for a second system on lines that need a side and a front label.
