Dual-clamp labeller for tapered and irregular bottles, built to your container and label sample.
A separation-and-clamping mechanism holds tapered and irregularly-shaped bottles steady while the label is fed and applied. Because container and label sizing are matched to a sample the customer supplies, it adapts to shapes a fixed-format machine cannot.
The LS-708 holds a tapered or irregularly-shaped bottle with a dedicated separation-and-clamping mechanism, then feeds and applies the label while the container is held steady. Because the container and label handling is built to a sample the customer supplies, rather than a published size range, it covers shapes a catalogue machine with fixed guides cannot.
An external air compressor drives the clamping mechanism; the labelling head and speed controls are managed from the machine's own HMI panel.
