Bottom labeller for bottles and boxes, flat or slightly curved surfaces, up to 150 per minute.
Applies a label to the underside of bottles or boxes on flat or slightly curved bottoms, for products 40–400 mm long, 40–100 mm wide, 30–100 mm tall. Runs 25–150 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-724 labels the bottom of bottles and boxes — a position most labellers can't reach — for lot codes, barcodes or brand marks that need to stay out of sight on a front-facing shelf. It handles flat or slightly curved bases with an adjustable positioning fixture and PLC control.
Product size runs 40–400 mm long, 40–100 mm wide, 30–100 mm tall, with labels 6×20 mm up to 250×160 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 280 mm. Output is 25–150 bottles per minute depending on bottle size.
