Full-line shrink-sleeve applicator and shrink tunnel, up to 150 bottles per minute.
Applies and heat-shrinks full-body sleeve labels on bottles of various shapes in one line — sleeve applicator, shrink tunnel, steam generator and stainless conveyor — for Ø28–125 mm containers, 30–280 mm tall. Runs up to 150 bottles per minute.
The LS-739 is a complete sleeve line rather than a standalone applicator: a photoelectric-eye sleeve applicator positions and cuts the film, a shrink tunnel with its own steam generator shrinks it for a contoured, full-body finish, and a stainless conveyor carries bottles through both stages. It handles a wide range of bottle shapes, not just cylinders, at Ø28–125 mm, 30–280 mm tall.
Sleeve length runs 30–250 mm, film thickness 0.03–0.13 mm in PVC, PET or OPS. Output is up to 150 bottles per minute (label-length dependent) at 15 kW, with positioning accuracy of ±1.5 mm.
