Pneumatic single or double-side labeller for round bottles, with inline date coding.
Applies one or two labels to round bottles Ø15–150 mm using a pneumatic applicator with a foot-switch and PLC speed control, with an optional date coder for production information. Runs 20–40 bottles per minute.
The LS-741 uses a pneumatic applicator rather than a roller to place one or two labels on a round bottle — useful where a rigid, consistent push is preferred over a rolling contact, for food and cosmetics packaging. A foot-switch lets an operator trigger single pieces for short runs, and a speed regulator sets the automatic cycle for longer ones. An optional date coder prints production information alongside the label.
It covers a wide bottle range, Ø15–150 mm, with labels 26×25 mm up to 150×450 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 275 mm. Output is 20–40 bottles per minute at just 100 W, needing an air compressor for the pneumatic head.
