High-precision double-head labeller for flat bottles, including transparent labels.
Two independently controlled heads apply labels to different faces of flat products from 25×20×0.2 mm up to 250×200×100 mm, handling normal and transparent labels alike. Runs 40–60 pieces per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-748 runs two independent heads for high-precision flat labelling, and is specifically built to also handle transparent labels — a harder job for electric-eye detection than opaque stock, since the sensor has less contrast to trigger on. That makes it a fit for clear-on-clear cosmetic and food packaging as much as ordinary flat containers.
Product size runs 25×20×0.2 mm up to 250×200×100 mm, with labels 20×20 mm up to 200×150 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 300 mm. Output is 40–60 pieces per minute.
