Hot-melt glue labeller for cylindrical bottles, vacuum-belt placement, 40–80 per minute.
Glues labels onto cylindrical bottles with a gluing roller and a vacuum application belt instead of self-adhesive stock, for Ø≤110 mm, height ≤400 mm containers. Runs 40–80 bottles per minute, needs 0.3–0.4 MPa air.
The LS-750 uses hot-melt glue rather than pressure-sensitive adhesive stock: a gluing roller coats plain paper labels, and a vacuum application belt picks each one up and presses it onto the bottle, tracked by photoelectric detection through a stainless-steel conveyor. That trade lowers consumable cost on high-volume glass-bottle lines where the labels don't need to survive a fridge or a wet environment.
It covers bottles up to Ø110 mm, 400 mm tall, with labels up to 330×150 mm. Output is 40–80 bottles per minute at 2 kW, and the vacuum belt and pneumatic components need 0.3–0.4 MPa of shop air.
