Applies single-side labels to round bottles or double-side labels to round and square bottles alike, with high-sensitivity sensor detection, for containers 20–250 mm long, 30–90 mm wide, 60–280 mm tall. Runs 30–120 pieces per minute.
The LS-758 is aimed at drink bottling lines that need either a single label on round bottles or a matched pair of labels on round or square ones, with a touchscreen that adjusts both speed and label output distance per job. High-sensitivity sensor detection keeps positioning steady across the shape change.
Containers run 20–250 mm long, 30–90 mm wide, 60–280 mm tall, with labels 20–300 mm long, 20–170 mm wide, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 300 mm. Output is 30–120 pieces per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
