Its circular-polarised antenna suits bulk inventory, where tags sit at every angle, and it reads to roughly 6 m. Standard-range 2D data capture covers barcodes in the same pass.
An integrated NFC reader handles instant pairing and authentication, and a processor and a 35% larger battery than the previous generation keep long counting sessions moving.
