Zebra ZD410

The ZD410 is the printer the ZD411 replaced — an ultra-compact, direct-thermal-only 2-inch printer built to fit the smallest desktop or shelf, small enough to wall-mount. It was designed to be a drop-in upgrade for the older LP 2824 Plus, running the same ZPL/EPL formats and printer languages without rewriting label code. Only the healthcare build, ZD410d-HC, remains listed today, Pending End of Sale.

Print speed is up to 6 in./s (152 mm/s) at 203 dpi over a 56 mm maximum print width, with up to 991 mm of label length. Media runs up to 60 mm wide on rolls up to 127 mm OD, on a 12.7, 25.4, 38.1, 50.8 or 76.2 mm core. Memory is 512 MB Flash and 256 MB SDRAM. USB 2.0, USB Host and Bluetooth Low Energy are standard; Ethernet and Serial are factory-installable options, with a dual-radio 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 kit as a further option.

The healthcare build carries the compliance features common to Zebra's -HC line: an IEC 60601-1-compliant power supply and disinfectant-ready wipeable plastics with a sealed button interface.
