Built for lines that run continuously. An electric rotary clamping mechanism replaces the usual pneumatic one, cutting infeed and outfeed time. Stainless steel and aluminium construction for humid environments and daily washdown.
The LS-210 is the choice when the line runs continuously. Bottles are held by an electric rotary clamping mechanism rather than a pneumatic one, which cuts infeed and outfeed time and lifts output to as much as 6,000 bottles per hour.
Photoelectric sensors detect both bottle and label position, so a label is only dispensed when a container is correctly in place — no waste on empty positions. The frame is stainless steel and aluminium alloy, built for humid environments and daily washdown.
