MELARKO LS-720
Brush-head corner labeller for poker and electronics box sealing, bubble-free application.
Applies a corner label to poker-box and electronics packaging using a brush head that presses out air as it folds, at 30–60 pieces per minute. Handles boxes from 20×20×10 mm up to 300×300×100 mm.
The LS-720 seals poker-card boxes and electronics packaging with a corner label, using a brush head rather than a roller so the label presses down without trapping air bubbles as it folds around the corner. An electric-eye sensor on an inclined conveyor detects each box, and a removable collecting tray gathers finished pieces.
Box size runs 20×20×10 mm up to 300×300×100 mm, labels 6×20 mm up to 150×300 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 300 mm. Output is 30–60 pieces per minute at 1500 W.
