Dual-head corner labeller applying tamper-evident labels to two adjacent sides at once.
Applies tamper-evident corner labels to two adjacent sides of a box in one pass with two synchronised heads, at 30–60 pieces per minute — sized for electronics and cosmetics packaging.
The LS-721 labels two adjacent sides of a box with a single pass by running two applicator heads in sync, rather than needing two separate passes for double-side tamper-evident sealing — the format used on electronics and cosmetics retail boxes. A digital PLC panel and label-detection sensor manage positioning on both heads together.
Labels run 15×15 mm up to 250×150 mm (backing paper width), and output is 30–60 pieces per minute depending on box and label size, at ±1 mm accuracy.
