Pneumatic single-side labeller for flat glue bottles, ±0.5 mm accuracy at up to 100 bottles/min.
Applies a single-side label to flat-surfaced glue bottles and similar containers up to Ø100 mm, 350 mm tall, with pneumatic actuation for ±0.5 mm accuracy. Runs 30–100 bottles per minute, needs 0.6–0.8 MPa air.
The LS-730 targets flat-surfaced glue bottles and similar single-side containers where placement accuracy matters more than a wide size range. Pneumatic actuation under PLC control presses the label down at ±0.5 mm, tighter than the electric-only machines in this range, with clamping and pressing conveyors to hold the bottle steady during the cycle.
Containers up to Ø100 mm and 350 mm tall are covered, with labels up to 200 mm wide on a 75 mm core, roll diameter up to 250 mm. Output is 30–100 bottles per minute at 3100 W, and the machine needs 0.6–0.8 MPa of shop air.
