Rotary shrink-sleeve labeller for cosmetic and pharma bottles, 45–60 pieces per minute.
Feeds, cuts and heat-shrinks a full-body film sleeve onto cylindrical bottles Ø90–130 mm using a rotary star wheel and a multi-stage hot-air tunnel. Runs 45–60 pieces per minute, needs 0.5 MPa air and 6 kW.
The LS-738 is a shrink-sleeve applicator, not a pressure-sensitive labeller: a rotary star wheel positions each bottle, film is cut to length and dropped over the container, and a multi-stage hot-air tunnel shrinks it down for a full-body, contoured finish — the format used on cosmetic and pharma bottles that need 360° branding or tamper evidence.
It covers bottle diameters 90–130 mm with sleeve widths 15–50 mm, film 0.04–0.045 mm thick at a 50% shrink rate. Output is 45–60 pieces per minute, at 6 kW and 380V three-phase, and needs 0.5 MPa of shop air.
