Sleeve applicator for beverage, cosmetic and shampoo bottles, up to 150 per minute.
Feeds, cuts and applies pre-cut film sleeves to bottles of various shapes for Ø28–125 mm containers, 30–280 mm tall, without an integrated shrink tunnel. Runs up to 150 bottles per minute at 1.5 kW.
The LS-740 is the applicator-only counterpart to the full sleeve line: it feeds, cuts and places a film sleeve accurately on the bottle using electric-eye label detection, but leaves the heat-shrinking to separate downstream equipment — useful for a line that already has a shrink tunnel, or that only needs the sleeve loosely fitted before another process. It covers the same container range as the full-line model, Ø28–125 mm, 30–280 mm tall.
Sleeve length runs 30–250 mm, film thickness 0.03–0.13 mm in PVC, PET or OPS. Output is up to 150 bottles per minute (label-length dependent) at 1.5 kW, far less power than the shrink-tunnel version since no heat stage is on board.
