Full four-side wrap-around labeller for square bottles, brush-finished seam.
Wraps a label around all four sides of a square bottle — three sides directly, then two brushes seat the label seamlessly onto the fourth — for containers 20–100 mm long, 30–100 mm wide, 60–280 mm tall. Runs 20–25 bottles per minute.
The LS-757 completes a full wrap around a square bottle rather than stopping at three sides: the label applies directly across three faces, and two specialised brushes then seat it onto the fourth without a visible seam or trapped air. A conveyor feeds bottles through, with touchscreen control and electric-eye positioning.
Containers run 20–100 mm long, 30–100 mm wide, 60–280 mm tall, with labels 20–200 mm wide, 15–160 mm tall, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 350 mm. Output is 20–25 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy, with an optional date coder.
