Wrap-around labeller for cylindrical containers, up to 150 per minute, no format sets.
Applies labels around bottles, jars, cans and vials from Ø30 to Ø100 mm. An application belt replaces mechanical format sets, so changing from one bottle size to another is an adjustment rather than a parts swap.
The LS-206 applies labels around cylindrical containers — bottles, jars, cans and vials. Instead of mechanical format sets that change with every product, it uses an application belt: switching from one bottle size to another is a matter of adjustment, not of swapping parts. On a line running many SKUs in short batches, that is the difference between ten minutes and half an hour of downtime.
It supports partial, full wrap-around and overlap labelling, handles container diameters from 30 to 100 mm, and integrates into an existing filling and capping line.
