Automatic labeller for round, square and hexagonal bottles — a single positioning rod handles all three shapes.
Applies self-adhesive labels to round, square and hexagonal bottles up to Ø100 mm, using an adjustable positioning rod and an electric-eye sensor to trigger each cycle. Touch-screen PLC control, 15–25 bottles per minute.
The LS-712 is a general-purpose automatic labeller built around one positioning rod that adapts to round, square and hexagonal bottles instead of needing a different fixture per shape — useful for a production line that runs mixed container batches. Container diameter goes up to 100 mm, height up to 150 mm.
An electric-eye sensor with adjustable sensitivity detects each bottle and an intelligent label sensor tracks the web, so the touch-screen PLC panel is the only thing an operator has to set per job. Typical output is 15–25 bottles per minute depending on bottle and label size.
