Double-side anti-tamper corner labeller for carton sealing, 40–120 pieces per minute.
Folds a self-adhesive label over a box corner and presses it onto both faces for tamper-evident sealing, on a motor-driven conveyor with a synchronised top pressure belt. Boxes from 40×20×0.2 mm up to 400×200×150 mm, 40–120 pieces per minute.
The LS-716 seals carton boxes against tampering by folding a label over one corner: a brush mechanism presses the leading half onto the first face, then folds and presses the remaining half onto the adjoining face, so the two box halves can't separate without breaking the label. A synchronised top pressure belt holds the box steady through the fold.
It covers a wide box range — 40–400 mm long, 20–200 mm wide, 0.2–150 mm tall (customisable) — with labels from 15×15 mm up to 100×130 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 260 mm. Output is 40–120 pieces per minute.
