MELARKO LS-710
Automatic labeller for aluminium and soft plastic tubes, 30–80 pieces per minute.
Feeds, labels and unloads small aluminium tubes automatically, and can be adapted for soft plastic tubes. Pairs with an automatic tube filling and sealing line for a continuous run.
The LS-710 automates the full labelling step for small aluminium tubes: feed, label, unload. It applies a self-adhesive sticker rather than a full-body sleeve, and can be adapted for soft plastic tubes on request.
Run on its own, or feed it directly from an automatic tube filling and sealing machine for one continuous line. Compressed air (0.4–0.6 MPa) drives the tube handling; label size runs from 15×10 to 300×130 mm.
