MELARKO LS-768
Soft-belt single-side labeller for round bottles, up to 160 bottles per minute.
Separates each label with a dedicated plate and presses it on with a soft labelling belt that eliminates bubbles, for round bottles Ø20–120 mm. Runs 30–160 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-768 uses a label-separating plate to isolate each sticker cleanly before a soft labelling belt — rather than a hard roller — presses it onto the bottle, which is gentler on delicate label stock and squeezes out air more evenly. Conveyor and marking speed both adjust independently of the labelling speed itself.
Bottle diameter runs Ø20–120 mm via an adjustable feed inlet, with labels 30–300 mm long, 30–150 mm wide, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 280 mm. Output is 30–160 bottles per minute at 1100 W, with an optional date printer.
