The Master Edition of the Boltmark II: 6900 performance with long-life iModules and reverse printing built in.
A single-head continuous inkjet printer built on the EBS-6900 platform, running on high-performance iModule® II Super ink systems and supplied with the Robot option for reverse printing as standard.
The EBS-6950 Master Edition shares its hardware with the EBS-6900: Midi print matrix for up to three lines as standard, 1,000 stored messages, DataMatrix and QR codes, Ethernet, IP55, 19 W and no compressed air. Every hardware option of the 6900 can be added — the 32-dot Maxi matrix, 2,000 messages, IP65, RS-232, conveyor stop, alarm beacon and BCD text selection.
What sets it apart is how it is run. The 6950 works with the iModule® II Super, a high-performance ink system rated for up to 8,000 hours or 18 months, supplied in economical multi-packs — so the ink system is changed less often and costs less per hour of printing. The printer ships without an iModule, and you choose the pack that matches your number of shifts.
The Robot option for reverse printing is included, with its connector and extension board, so the printer can mark products travelling in either direction from day one. Ask us for a configuration and running-cost comparison against the EBS-6900.
