Simultaneous neck and body labeller for beer and beverage bottles, 20–30 per minute.
Applies a neck label and a body label to a round bottle at the same time using sensor-assisted dual-position placement, for Ø25–100 mm containers, 25–300 mm tall. Runs 20–30 pieces per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-746 is built for the beer-bottle format — a neck label and a body label applied in the same cycle rather than a second pass — with sensor-assisted positioning keeping both aligned on fast-moving round bottles. It's equally suited to any beverage bottle that carries the same two-label layout.
Container diameter runs 25–100 mm, height 25–300 mm, with labels 20–290 mm wide, 20–160 mm tall. Output is 20–30 pieces per minute, deliberately modest to keep dual-position placement accurate at ±1 mm, at 220V.
