High-speed hot-glue rotary labeller for cylindrical containers, 15,000–18,000 bottles/hour.
Heats adhesive to 120–160°C and applies it via a rotary head to plastic, glass or metal cylindrical containers, single or double-side, up to Ø130 mm, 120–400 mm tall. Runs 15,000–18,000 bottles per hour at 12 kW three-phase.
The LS-772 is the highest-throughput and highest-power machine in this range, built for beverage and canning lines running plastic bottles, glass bottles or metal cans through a single line. It heats adhesive to 120–160°C rather than using pre-glued label stock, and a rotary head applies it at up to 30 rotations per minute on the conveyor.
Containers run up to Ø130 mm, 120–400 mm tall, with labels up to 200×280 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter under 400 mm. Output is 15,000–18,000 bottles per hour at 12 kW, 380V three-phase, needing ≥0.6 kg/cm² compressed air.
