In-line slitter/rewinder with a zero-tension loop and fully adjustable tensioning.
Slits and rewinds in line directly off a printer, with a free-hanging loop of material between the printer and the SR unit so the printer itself carries zero tension.
Slits and rewinds in line directly off a printer, with a free-hanging loop of material between the printer and the SR unit so the printer itself carries zero tension. A chassis-mounted optical sensor starts and stops the slit/rewind action based on the loop's depth, and tension is fully adjustable for finish-roll tightness.
