Applies single or double-side labels to round bottles Ø30–100 mm with electric-eye detection that prevents missed containers, aimed at beverage, milk and juice bottling. Runs 25–40 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy.
The LS-767 is a straightforward single or double-side round-bottle labeller purpose-built for beverage, milk and juice lines, where a missed label on a fast-moving bottle stream is the main failure mode a plant wants to avoid. Electric-eye detection is tuned specifically to catch and hold back ungrouped bottles rather than let one through unlabelled.
Bottle diameter runs Ø30–100 mm, with labels 15–200 mm wide, 15–150 mm tall, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 350 mm. Output is 25–40 bottles per minute at 1500 W.
