Semi-automatic full-circle labeller for round, square and hexagonal bottles, customisable to product size.
Wraps a full-circle label around round, square or hexagonal containers, with the size range built to the customer's product rather than a fixed diameter. Label sizes from 15×15 to 130×200 mm, 15–30 pieces per minute.
The LS-713 is a semi-automatic labeller for full-circle (wrap-around) labelling on round, square and hexagonal bottles used across pharma, food, cosmetics and chemical packaging lines. Because the container-holding fixture is built per order, the machine isn't sold against one fixed diameter range — it's specified against the customer's actual container.
Label size runs from 15×15 mm up to 130×200 mm on a 76 mm core, up to 300 mm roll diameter. Output is 15–30 pieces per minute depending on label and product size, at a labelling accuracy of ±1 mm.
