Servo-driven high-speed rotary labeller for round bottles, up to 24,000 bottles per hour.
A servo-controlled rotary labeller for beverage, dairy, food and condiment bottles, switchable between single-side, front-and-back or neck labelling on a timing-screw and star-wheel line. Runs 18,000–24,000 bottles per hour.
The LS-760 is the highest-speed round-bottle machine in this range, built around a timing screw and star wheel like a full production-line filler rather than a standalone unit, with servo control replacing the simpler motors used elsewhere. It switches between single-side, front-and-back, or neck labelling depending on the job.
Labels run 20–120 mm long, 20–140 mm wide, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 400 mm. Output is 18,000–24,000 bottles per hour (roughly 300–400 per minute) at 4 kW, 380V three-phase.
