Double-corner labeller for square bottles, integrated into filling and capping lines.
Applies self-adhesive labels to two adjacent corners of a square bottle in one pass, built to run inline with filling and capping equipment. Handles bottles 20–100 mm wide, 60–280 mm tall, at 20–60 bottles per minute.
The LS-715 labels two adjacent corners of a square bottle — typically front-to-side — in a single pass, and is built to sit inline between a filler and a capper rather than run as a standalone station. Container size ranges from 20×30 mm up to 100×100 mm in plan, 60–280 mm in height, with labels from 20×15 mm up to 120×160 mm.
A standard 76 mm core, 300 mm max roll diameter feeds the two label heads. Output is 20–60 bottles per minute at ±1 mm placement accuracy.
