Two-label single-side labeller for flat and square bottles, 40–120 per minute.
Applies two separate stickers to a single side of a flat or square bottle in one pass — for example a brand label plus a compliance label — for containers 40–500 mm long, 40–100 mm wide, 50–350 mm tall. Runs 40–120 bottles per minute.
The LS-745 places two separate labels on the same face of a flat or square bottle in one pass instead of needing two machines or two line passes — useful when a brand label and a regulatory or promotional label both belong on the front. A PLC touchscreen sets the position of each independently.
Containers run 40–500 mm long, 40–100 mm wide, 50–350 mm tall, with labels 6×15 mm up to 300×150 mm on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 250 mm. Output is 40–120 bottles per minute at 2000 W, ±1 mm accuracy.
