Independent single or double-side labeller for flat and round bottles, sponge bubble removal.
Two independently controlled labelling structures apply to flat or round bottles up to Ø100 mm, 350 mm tall, with a sponge-pressing mechanism to remove air bubbles. Runs 30–150 bottles per minute for cosmetics, food, beverage and pharma lines.
The LS-759 runs two labelling structures that operate independently rather than in lockstep, so single-side and double-side jobs on flat or round bottles can each be tuned on their own station without recalibrating the other. A sponge-pressing mechanism smooths out air bubbles as the label seats, on top of standard label-sensor detection.
Bottle diameter goes up to 100 mm, width 30–100 mm, height 50–350 mm, with labels 15–300 mm long, 15–150 mm wide, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 280 mm. Output is 30–150 bottles per minute at 2500 W.
