MELARKO LS-762
Cap and body labeller for round bottles, sized for large-batch production.
Labels both the cap top and the body of a round bottle Ø50–100 mm using separate structures for each, at 25–45 pieces per minute — built for large-batch food, beverage and cosmetics runs.
The LS-762 pairs a top-cap applicator with a body wrap-around structure to cover both label positions on a round bottle in one pass, aimed at large-batch production rather than short runs. An automatic bottle-separation conveyor keeps spacing even into both stations.
Bottle diameter runs Φ50–100 mm, with labels 20–285 mm long, 20–150 mm wide, on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 280 mm. Output is 25–45 pieces per minute at 2200 W.
