Rotary-clamp indexing labeller for round bottles, single or double-side, ±0.5 mm accuracy.
Indexes each round bottle through a rotary clamping station rather than a continuous conveyor, applying a single or dual-side label as the backing paper passes over a winding structure. Runs up to 200 pieces per minute at ±0.5 mm accuracy.
The LS-771 indexes bottles one at a time through a rotary clamping mechanism rather than carrying them on a continuous conveyor belt, which holds each one steady during application — a different mechanical approach from the belt-fed machines elsewhere in this range. Label separation happens as backing paper passes over a winding structure, and the machine supports single or dual-side labelling from the same clamp station.
Labels run up to 200 mm wide on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 340 mm. Output goes up to 200 pieces per minute at ±0.5 mm accuracy — tighter than most machines in this range — in a compact 100 kg footprint.
