MELARKO LS-774

The LS-774 is the one machine in this range that goes beyond labelling: a cam-driven filling and capping unit doses liquid with a peristaltic pump — gentler and more precise than a piston filler for small, exact volumes — then presses an inner plug and tightens an outer cap, before the bottle moves on to a full shrink-sleeve line (the same sleeve applicator and heat-shrink tunnel used standalone as LS-740) for a full-body finish. It's built around a specific irregular bottle shape (52×24×94 mm) and cap (Φ18.6×25.7 mm) with a 45 ml fill target, adjustable, rather than a general-purpose size range — the format this line ships in.

The filler/capper runs at 60 bottles per minute with ±2 ml fill accuracy, at 8 kW. The downstream sleeve stage covers Ø28–125 mm bottles, 30–280 mm tall, sleeve length 30–250 mm in PVC/PET/OPS film, at up to 150 bottles per minute (so the filler, not the labeller, sets the line's real throughput) — plus a separate heat-shrink tunnel limited to Ø80 mm. Total installed power across the three stages is around 23 kW.
