Vacuum-pad security-seal labeller for bottle caps and tube tops, pneumatic drive.
Feeds, positions and seals a security label across a bottle cap or tube top using a vacuum suction pad and pneumatic pressure, at 5–20 bottles per minute. Built around a roller conveyor and starwheel for consistent spacing.
The LS-717 seals a security label across a bottle cap or tube top so tampering breaks the seal visibly. A vacuum suction pad picks the label off the backing paper and a pneumatic actuator presses it down, while a starwheel mechanism keeps containers evenly spaced through a roller conveyor and a cap-positioning fixture holds each one square to the applicator.
The touchscreen PLC panel controls the whole cycle. Output is 5–20 bottles per minute at ±1 mm accuracy, and container/label sizing is built to the customer's product rather than a fixed range.
