Wraps a label around small round bottles Ø10–30 mm, up to 150 mm tall — vials, sample tubes, small cosmetic bottles — using a roller conveyor belt and photoelectric sensor triggering. Runs 30–50 bottles per minute.
The LS-764 is sized specifically for small-diameter round bottles — vials, sample tubes, small cosmetic containers — that most wrap-around machines in this range are built too large to handle precisely. A roller conveyor belt carries bottles past a contact applicator, triggered by a photoelectric sensor per piece.
Diameter runs Ø10–30 mm, height up to 150 mm, with labels 15–150 mm tall on a 76 mm core, roll diameter up to 250 mm. Output is 30–50 bottles per minute at 145 kg machine weight.
