A full-electric ballistic applicator built for e-commerce and 3PL sortation: shipping labels applied to fast-moving parcels whose height changes from one item to the next.

The VOLT770 uses a carbon-fibre ballistic applicator with 770 mm of usable stroke. Carbon fibre keeps the moving mass low, which is what allows a stroke that long to move fast enough to keep up.
It positions itself for each parcel and is fully electric — no compressed air, which matters on a sortation hall where an air network across hundreds of metres is a real cost.
