FlexiMate WindGrip
Full-electric wipe-on with a variable stroke, for product of changing height.
A print-and-apply system that combines wipe-on application with a programmable variable stroke, so it follows product height instead of requiring a consistent one.
Request a quoteFixed-distance applicators assume every product presents its surface at the same height. On a line carrying mixed cases, that assumption fails and labels land crooked or miss.
The WindGrip solves it by making the stroke variable and programmable. The actuator positions itself for each product, then wipes the label on — combining the reliability of wipe-on with the flexibility of a tamp.
Fully electric, so no compressed air is needed. Stroke lengths and label pad sizes are configurable.
